This 14-story condominium tower was designed in the Modernist idiom. With only four units per floor, the units are spacious and flooded with light. Cantilevered balconies at each unit add gracious outdoor living space, with views of Manhattan, New York Harbor and much of Staten Island.

Accompanying townhouse were also designed in the modernist idiom with identical materials to complete the architectural composition.
